In my previous letter I wrote these words “the bush administration’s cowardice, unwillingness, and inability of insuring my safety.”  For the record; it is the United States federal government obligation and duty to insure the safety of the citizens of the United States of America. The highest office of United States federal government is the oval office itself which is the office of the highest elected official of United States federal government; the office of the President of the United States. In case everyone forgot, the excuse George Bush used to send military troops into the nation of Iraq was by telling the American public that the nation of Iraq had nuclear weapons capable of reaching the United States which he, George Bush, said endangered the lives of the population of United States citizens. Wile the real fact is I realize the United States federal government itself doesn’t as a norm patrol the streets of the neighborhoods and communities of this nation protecting individual citizens, this task as a norm is usually delegated to local police and sheriff’s departments who are headed by chief’s and mayors, I also realize the President of the United States of America is not as a general rule personally responsible for the safety of each individual United States citizen, However, irrelevant of this fact, I  also realize that I am not the normal John Doe American citizen, I am the only Homo sapiens on the entire planet that was born into a series of living rings of living light situated in the middle of the radio spectrum so vast and bright the television industry in the region of the United States where I am, no matter where I am, cannot broadcast their television programs around the body of living light which intersects with one of the living rings Hollywood dubbed “my side(s)” because of this 45 year old fact the television, entertainment industry cannot in truth deny knowledge of me, the Federal Government has known of my family and I, and has watched, monitored and observed my family and I since the very day I was born. Every president that has occupied the oval office since 1960 has known of me. Through offices such as the CIA and FBI and other offices and originations within United States federal government, George Bush, whom is the highest ranking elected official, knew the drug addict woman was burglarizing my apartment, he, George Bush, knew the drug addict woman was tampering with my food, I know he knew so because if by no other means, he knew through letters I personally wrote and sent the oval office telling him of such, and like it or not, and believe it or not, I don’t have a habit of spending hours at a computer making up lies to tell or waste the oval offices time with, I don’t have a reputation of being a liar ether. In addition to the fact that I am the only Homo sapiens on the planet that was born into a series of living rings of living light situated in the middle of the radio spectrum, I am also the only Homo sapiens on the planet whom businesses, some national some world wide have been built and founded upon, business which fuel the economy and work force of the united states which the President of the United States of America is also responsible for. In addition to these facts there are the moral issues, issues that delve into the fact that the living light surrounding me is the living light of the sole of God, the fact that I did not ask the federal Government of the United States of America to harbor the reality of my birth a secret from the American public, I did not ask the business community to build the foundations of nationwide or worldwide business on the shoulders of the being that is the living light of God surrounding me, I did not ask the insiders of the broadcasting entertainment industry to harbor the fact I was born and live a secret from the population at large, the Federal Government, the Business community and the insiders of the broadcasting entertainment industry themselves chose to harbor my birth and the fact I live as a secret kept from the population at large, and when they themselves chose to harbor these facts from the population at large as secret, they themselves, the Federal Government, the Business community and the insiders of the broadcasting entertainment industry became liable for my health, welfare, safety and security, I can say this because when the Federal Government, the Business community and the insiders of the broadcasting entertainment industry harbored by birth and the fact that I live as a secrete they kept from the American population, they took away my ability of seeking legal recourse against drug addict thugs such as the drug addict woman in the Kansas City facility secretly working for the celebrity society, whom is the same woman burglarizing my apartment tampering with my food. The secrecy and hush revolving around my birth and the fact I live has left me without many of the same inalienable rights other citizens of the United States enjoy, unable to seek legal recourse other citizens of the United States have, expect, and demand, as citizens of the United States of America, against those that are secretly employed by those that know of but hide from me such as the celebrity society and the drug addicts they fund. When the Federal Government, the Business community and the insiders of the broadcasting entertainment industry chose to harbor my birth and the fact I live as a secret, they themselves became morally liable for my health, welfare, safety and security because if it had been told to the American public that I was born and that I live, the drug addicts in the Kansas City facility would never have been able to get anywhere near me, it is because of all of the above and the fact I have spent four years writing letters to the media and various Government agencies and business telling folks the drug addict woman in the Kansas City facility was hurting me, that she and her friend(s) is burglarizing my apartment tampering with my food and to this very day nothing has been done to apprehend and detain the drug addict woman. To this very day nothing has been done by the celebrity society to remove this drug addict woman and her friends from the facility and electronic devices they are and have been using to spy on and hurt me, that does in fact enable me to refer to someone such as George Bush, in the manner I did in my previously published letter (526-07162006 published July 17, 2006). Even if I hadn’t spent the last four years writing letters telling folks the drug addict woman and her friends were hurting me physically and burglarizing my apartment and tampering with my food, various federal agencies and entities of the United States Federal Government knew they were and should have resolved the issue years ago. That’s why I can in truth call George Bush and his administration a coward. This is also why I can in truth say the same about the celebrity society and others that know of me and that this group of drug addicts are and have been a problem that has been causing trouble for and hurting the light of God, his people and I, but have done nothing to stop or prevent her and her friends.
